Christmas and New Year closure

A quick heads up to let you know about work restrictions over the holiday period, and the support that is in place for you across this period.

Planned Work Restriction:

FROM: Friday 14th December 2018 at 5.30pm

TO: Monday 7th January 2019 at 7.30am

Our Offices Are Closed:

FROM: Friday 21st December 2018 at 12.00pm

TO: Monday 7th January 2019 at 7.30am

Planned work restrictions cover activity where work on network assets or systems could affect the service customers rely on, or another retail service provider’s network. This means there will be limited provisioning of new services or MAC’s actioned during this time.

For clarity, services will focus on reliability and restoration only.

The after-hours on-call facility will be available via our main number.

Ticket queues will be monitored throughout the holidays, but please phone for urgent issues. After hours service may incur a fee as outlined in your Service Level Agreement. Any billing enquiries received during this time will be responded to upon our return.

Carrier Field Force Teams will be operating during the holiday period, including their faults teams on statutory holidays, with schedules adjusted to meet forecasted demands. This includes normal fault restorations services. Provision Ready for Service (RFS) dates provided over this period will reflect the Field Force schedule availability, including data provisioning requests. Carrier faults escalated during the holiday period will be treated as BAU, as their faults team will be maintaining their service desk during this time.
