Last night we pushed the Chorus Check Mate tool into Vumeda, enabling you to perform your own diagnostic testing without having to log a support ticket.

This feature delivers real time information to diagnose the status of the ONT and the traffic passing through it. We believe this is will add a lot of value to your business as you can quickly diagnose your customers and provide immediate support.
